Description

Lowering device for rear carriers, made entirely of stainless steel.
Made from non-rusting, austenitic, corrosion-resistant 1.4301 chrome-nickel steel. Fits between the rear carrier and the one-hand lever quick-release fastener. Suitable for all Heck-Pack rear carriers, easy on the back and ideal for recovering game.
Moving the lever towards the rear carrier lowers the carrier by approximately 30°. Then lift it slightly and it locks securely back into the horizontal position. Operated in seconds without tools.
Made in Germany. Very sturdy welded construction, neatly finished, of very good, robust quality. Includes the grade 10.8 screw/nut set for mounting.
When retrofitting the lowering device to an existing rear carrier, the type plate must be replaced because the permitted payload is slightly reduced.
