General Terms and Conditions are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter: ZVPot-1) and define the conditions of purchase through the website Ihunt.si. The online store ihunt.si is operated by STF d.o.o., provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter “provider” or “seller”). Please read the General Terms and Conditions carefully, as they bind you from the moment you enter our online store. By completing any transaction through our online store, you are deemed to be familiar with the full content of these terms and to agree with them without limitation. The provider reserves the right to change the terms without prior notice. Changes are effective from the moment of publication.

Order Placement Procedure in the Online Store
The customer makes a purchase in the online store located at: www.ihunt.si.
LOGIN
Registration requires a username and password. Goods may be shipped to the address provided during registration. If you wish to cancel your registration on ihunt.si, send an e-mail to: [email protected]. Registration is not mandatory for making a purchase.
ORDERS
Products can be ordered through our website or by e-mail at [email protected]. Products can be ordered 24 hours a day, every day of the year. In case of an error in the order, the customer may cancel or change the order without additional costs if the order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day. The provider may contact the customer by phone to verify information, confirm the correctness of the order, or coordinate the order.
PRICES
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices are valid until a new price list is published. The confirmed price after purchase is binding for the seller. If the requested goods are not in stock, this will be stated next to the product. Once the product becomes available again, the seller is not obliged to offer it at the previously published price.

TECHNICAL PROCEDURE FOR CONCLUDING THE CONTRACT
ORDERING PROCEDURE
The customer searches for desired products in the online store through categories or by using the search engine. By clicking on the desired product, more information is displayed, such as product description, delivery time, and price.
By clicking the “ADD TO CART” button, the customer selects the item they wish to purchase. After clicking, a banner appears where the customer can select the “CART” button to review the contents of the cart.
If the customer selects “CHECKOUT”, they will be redirected to a new window where they enter billing information.
Mandatory fields are marked with the symbol (*). At this stage, the customer also selects delivery information, if different from billing information, shipping method, and payment method.
At the bottom, the customer sees an order overview showing the products being purchased and the delivery cost.
The customer has the option to review and correct the order.
The customer may review the General Terms and Conditions by clicking the text “General Terms and Conditions”.
To successfully place a binding order, the customer must tick the box confirming they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions, tick the “I am not a robot” box, and click the button “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY”.
By clicking this button, the order is submitted and the contract between the provider and the customer is validly concluded.
If an error occurs after clicking “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY”, a notice appears at the top of the window describing the error and allowing the customer to correct it. The field where the error occurred is also marked in red.
The provider issues the customer an invoice in written form with itemized costs and an explanation of the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product, where applicable. The sales contract in the form of a purchase order is stored electronically on the provider’s server. The customer receives an electronic copy of the contract upon placing the order, together with the General Terms and Conditions in PDF format. The sales contract is concluded in Slovenian.
NOTIFICATION PROCEDURE AFTER ORDER/PURCHASE
Notification 1: “Thank you for your order”
After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted and is being processed. If the customer selects bank transfer, the order is held until payment is received.
Notification 2: “Your order is being prepared”
The iHunt online store prepares the products within the agreed period and informs the customer by e-mail.
Notification 3: “Your order is ready for dispatch”
The customer is informed by e-mail that the order is ready and handed over to the delivery service/post for delivery. The notification also states that the customer will receive the invoice at the e-mail address provided when placing the order.
Notification 4: “Awaiting payment”
The customer is informed by e-mail that the payment deadline is 48 hours, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Notification 5: “Your order has been partially delivered”
The customer is informed by e-mail in case of partial delivery of ordered items. Payment for undelivered items is refunded.
Notification 6: “Payment failed”
The customer is informed by e-mail that the payment was unsuccessful and is advised to place a new order, use another payment card, or select another payment method.
Notification 7: “Your order has been cancelled”
The customer is informed by e-mail if they changed their mind before dispatch or if payment was not received for a bank transfer order.
ORDER REJECTION
The online store www.ihunt.si reserves the right to reject any order that it determines cannot be fulfilled under the stated conditions or based on the available information. If the customer has already paid, the full purchase amount including delivery costs will be refunded within two (2) working days.
PAYMENT METHODS
The provider offers the following payment methods:
- payment by pro forma invoice
- payment through Leanpay
- cash on delivery
- credit card payment
- payment through PayPal
Until full payment of the products from an individual order, the ordered products remain the property of the provider. The provider issues an invoice on a durable medium with itemized costs. The invoice is sent inside the package with the ordered products.
DELIVERY METHOD AND COSTS
The provider offers the following delivery methods:
- Parcel delivery – the package with ordered products and invoice will be sent to the entered delivery address.
- Personal pick-up at the company’s premises – by prior arrangement, ordered products can be picked up at the company’s premises.
The delivery method is selected during the ordering process. If the goods are not in stock, delivery time may be extended for an indefinite period, usually up to 30 days.
After placing the order, the online administrator may call you to provide the exact delivery date. The provider may cancel an order for any reason if it is unable to deliver the product at the price stated at the time of order. The provider informs the customer about the cancelled order by e-mail.
The shipping cost is €7.32 including VAT.
Any commission costs upon receipt of the package are covered by the customer.
Products will be delivered by a delivery service. Most packages are delivered on the next working day after dispatch notification, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you are not at the delivery address, you may collect the package at the nearest parcel locker of the selected delivery service or arrange the delivery time and place through their website or directly with the courier by phone.
Ordered products can also be collected personally at our store iHunt Shop, Hrpelje na gorici 25, 6240 Kozina, after prior confirmation by the store that the order has been accepted and the goods are ready for collection. In this case, transport and processing costs are not charged.
In case of extraordinary dimensions, heavy cargo, or other exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to choose the appropriate courier. The choice of delivery service depends on the size and weight of the package, delivery location, selected payment method, and value of the ordered goods.
In some cases, an ordered product may not be available because it is sold out. We will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided during the order. If no suitable alternative is available, the order will be cancelled with your consent and you will receive an e-mail confirming cancellation.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURN OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), under the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal is not possible for customers who are not consumers. The consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen (14) days from receiving the product.
The consumer informs the seller of withdrawal within the stated deadline by submitting a written statement or by completing the WITHDRAWAL FORM, available here: link to form
After submitting the withdrawal statement, the consumer must return the products within fourteen (14) days. The provider refunds the purchase amount within fourteen (14) days from receiving the returned products.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the products. These costs are not refunded by the provider.
If returned products are damaged or worn beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning, the value of the products may be reduced. The consumer is responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling that was not necessary.
Products may be returned personally or by post to: STF d.o.o., Istrska ulica 24, 6240 Kozina. Returned products must include the completed withdrawal form and a copy of the invoice.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the full amount paid for the product, including delivery costs where charged, without delay and no later than within 14 days from receiving the returned product or proof that the goods were sent back. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method: to your bank account for bank transfer or cash on delivery, via PayPal, or to the payment card for card payments. Direct return costs are borne by the customer.
For sales contracts, the company may withhold the refund until it receives the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.

The right of withdrawal and return does not apply, among other cases listed in the Consumer Protection Act, to:
- goods made according to the consumer’s exact instructions and adapted to their personal needs;
- goods that are perishable or expire quickly;
- software, audio and video media if the security seal has been opened;
- sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if opened after delivery;
- food products unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
- goods that are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
WARRANTY CLAIMS, GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
This section defines the complaint procedure for enforcing consumer warranty claims and guarantee claims where applicable. This section applies only to customers who have consumer status under applicable legislation.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
The consumer has the right to make a warranty claim based on the conformity of goods. The consumer may exercise this right by notifying the provider of the non-conformity within two (2) months from discovering it. The consumer must describe the non-conformity precisely and allow the provider to inspect the product. The seller is liable for any non-conformity that exists at the time of delivery and appears within two (2) years from delivery.
The consumer may request warranty claims from the provider in the following order:
- restoration of conformity of the goods or, if this is not possible,
- a proportionate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract and refund.
The order of warranty claims is mandatory. The provider will not accept claims that do not follow this order.
The customer may choose between repair and replacement unless the selected remedy is impossible or would cause disproportionate costs for the seller.
The consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if the provider has not repaired or replaced the goods, if the non-conformity still exists, if the defect is serious enough, or if it is clear that the provider will not restore conformity within a reasonable time.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract immediately if the non-conformity appears within thirty (30) days from receiving the product.
When the consumer withdraws from the contract or requests a proportional price reduction, the provider must refund the purchase price within eight (8) days of receiving the returned goods, proof of shipment, or the request for price reduction.
COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
The product may be returned by post to STF d.o.o., Istrska ulica 24, 6240 Kozina, marked “Complaint”, or delivered to our address. We will review the complaint within 8 working days and inform you of the result immediately.

In case of an unjustified complaint, the product will be returned to the customer and return costs will be charged. Products may be collected at iHunt Shop, Hrpelje na gorici 25, 6240 Kozina within 3 months.
GUARANTEE
Goods have a guarantee if this is stated on the guarantee certificate or invoice. The guarantee is valid only if the instructions for use and guarantee conditions are followed and the guarantee card and invoice are presented. Guarantee periods are stated on the guarantee certificate. If no guarantee information is provided, the product does not have a guarantee.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The provider undertakes to protect your privacy. All personal data of online store users is confidential and will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons. Some information is automatically collected through cookies and pixel tags. Cookies allow us to identify your IP address, browser type, and online activity. If cookies are disabled, purchases in the online store may not be possible. For purchases, we need your personal data. Data is not disclosed to third parties except for payment confirmation, delivery, marketing, and promotion purposes. The provider takes all necessary measures to protect personal data confidentiality.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights reserved. All texts, images, graphics, audio files, animations, videos, and their derivatives on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. These elements may not be copied for commercial use or distribution.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The provider accepts complaints by phone at +386 599 747 75 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Complaints will be processed as soon as possible and the customer will be informed of the expected resolution time.
The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes. The provider publishes an electronic link to the online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=SL.
If an amicable solution is not possible, the competent court shall have jurisdiction.
CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer has no right to change or waive, in whole or in part, any provision of these General Terms and Conditions. The provider may change these terms at any time. Each change will be published in the online store and applies from the date of publication unless otherwise stated.
